Please help us with the below details for thermal analysis for CSD18532Q5B,

1. Max allowable case temperature

2. Junction to board thermal resistance

    Hello Selvaraj,

    Thanks for your interest in TI FETs. Please see my response to your other e2e post. I have copied and pasted it here.

    TI does not specify a maximum case temperature in our FET datasheets. The limiting factor is the absolute maximum junction temperature which is 150degC for the CSD18532Q5B. The link below is to a blog explaining how we spec thermal impedance for our MOSFETs and power blocks. For this device, RthetaJC specified in the datasheet is to the thermal pad on the bottom of the package which is the junction to board thermal impedance.
