Hi Team,

Is the mechanical hole on the LM7805CT/NOPB TO-220 package in PTH or NPTH? If in case it is non-plated, what material is used in the hole coating?

HI Jejomar,

The pins and tab are tin-plated. I would have to check with the packaging team to confirm, but I believe the hole is also plated and not exposed copper.

Can you share background for this question?
