UCD3138: UCD3138

Part Number: UCD3138

Dear experts,

My customer is selecting UCD3138, and they'd like to know the differences between these UCD3138x. Do you have comparison table and could you tell me the target application scenerio? Thanks for your support.

  • Hello Minqi,

The main difference between these devices is the size of program memory, but there are other secondary differences as well.

The devices that do not have "64" or "128" in their name offer 32K bytes of program Flash.

The devices with "64" or "128" in their name offer 64K bytes and 128K bytes of program Flash respectively.

The devices with "A" at the end of their name are newer and offer some additional features that their counterpart without "A" at the end of its name does not offer.

The main application for these devices is isolated applications such as PFC, phase shifted full bridge DC/DC, LLC DC/DC and more.

    Hope this helps.

    Regards,
