1. About OTG voltage needs 5V from 2S battery to VBUS, its current and voltage path? The path is Q3, Q4, Q1? How does it work?

2. When there is only a battery, does REGN generate voltage?

1. You are right. During OTG, the energy flows from the battery to the Vbus. Q1/2/3/4 will switch to regulate the OTG voltage, BATFET Q5 will be on.

2. When there is only a battery, the REGN will be ON if Low Power Mode Enable (EN_LWPWR)=0 , the REGN will be OFF if EN_LWPWR=1 .
