TPS62160: Power Good pin status description seems wrong

In the D.S. table 1. 

when VFB ≥ VTH_PG should mean the output is ok(reach 95% of the setting Vout) as I think,but why the PG pin is high impedance status which should mean NG?

I think the right description should be :

when VFB ≥ VTH_PG then PG should be low means Good, 

when VFB ≤VTH_PG then PG should be High Impedance means Not Good.

for example:

Vout is set to 3.3V ,then VTH_PG should be 3.14V(rising) or 2.97V(falling).

if the Vout is 3.2 or 3.3V ,the PG status should be Good,isn't it?

if the Vout is 2.8V ,the PG should be NG,isn't it?
