TPS62130: TPS62130

Part Number: TPS62130
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS63070

HI,We have made a design with TPS62130 buck dc-dc,the input is wide voltage 3.6v-16v,the output voltage is locked 3.3v,and we need low power requirements.

The sch is as follows:

The issue is as follows:

the input voltage is 4.5v -16V, the input current is about 30uA,when off load or light load (dozens of uA)

SW is  a PFM waveform  as follow

When the input voltage is 3.6v-4.5v, the input current rises to 2ma-8ma,Enter PWM mode from PFM mode And 4v corresponds to a larger current of 8mA,the switching frequency of SW is also faster , the duty cycle is smaller,At 3.6V, the current is smaller and the switching frequency is slower, the duty cycle is bigger,

when input is 4V

when input is 3.6V

This makes our device unable to achieve low power consumption at  3.6v-4.5v input, and I don't quite understand the reasons for this phenomenon. Please help with the analysis
