I can get the VIT accuracy (+/-2%) of TPS3808G01 from the table of ds on full temperature range.
As far as I know, the VIT accuracy is affectted by the supply voltage VDD and the junction temperature, right?
I get the curve of VIT vs temperature from the ds at VDD = 3.3V. So, can I consider the VIT accuracy of TPS3808G01 is +/-0.2% on full temperature range?
