LM5160: Output voltage as LM5160 is unstable

Part Number: LM5160

I'm sorry my poor English.

I've evaluated LM5160. But Output voltage is very weak and unstable.

ref. datasheet P23 Fig.28

---my circuit---

Input=12V, Output=5V

my component

R6=100k
R10= 20k

R7=200k (RON)

If R7=100k, Output voltage is more weak and unstable.

R8=7k
R9=2K

C13=0.047uF

R4=15K

C9=0.1uF

C10 = 47uF (Ceramic capacitor)
C11 = 330uF (Electrolytic capacitor)

T1=750314597

C1 = 47uF (Ceramic capacitor)
C2 = 330uF (Electrolytic capacitor)

If I connect 100Ω to J1, Output voltage become 3.5~4.0V.

If I connect No load to J1, Output voltage become 6V over.

I would like to generate 5V as output voltage.

Why is Output voltage as LM5160 weak and unstable in my circuit?

Please give me advise.

Best regard.
