Part Number: LP5024

Hi Team,

Customer is designing LED driver from 36pcs to 48pcs.

Do you have better recommendation than LP5024?

Would you please provide comment for the following schematic design?

BR,

SHH

  • Hi SHH,

For 36-channel, LP5036 used in schemaitic is the option. For 48-channel, we recommend to use 2 pcs of LP5024. TLC5955 or TLC59581 are the 48-channel display RGB driver device, which have more complex communication interface and more expensive.

I think the schematic is OK for LP5036 part.

    Hi Hardy,

    thanks for feedback.

Do you have the LP5024 ORCAD reference circuit for customer?

    Hi Hardy,
cusotmer changed two LP5024. Would you please help review and provide comments for the schematic design?

  • In reply to SHH:

    Hi SHH,

I think the schematic is OK. One thing need to be confirmed is that both units connected ADDR1 and ADDR2 to GND so they have the same chip address. Customer would use them in the same action, right?
