What if each pin is open or shorted?
And what if the adjacent pins are shorted?
I would like to know the open / short operation mode of each pin.

Hello,

I will talk to the internal team to see if anyone has taken any data on open short tests.

Please note that if you have to meet open short testing requirements, you will have to conduct this on your design as well for reliability.

The validation engineer did conduct open short testing on a UCC256403 devices. I have attached the information in an excel spread sheet.
