How Much Time it takes in order to get the stabilized Output Voltage(Settling Time)?

based on datasheet 7.3.15 , there is internal 20uA soft start current charing external softstart capacitor until it reach Vref=1.2V, The time equal to Css*1.2V/20uA, if there is 68nF softstart cap, the time is 4ms.
