BQ25713: Unexpected high BATDRV level

Hi,

 We have three specific board that BATDRV is high as shown below.  May I know what could keep BATDRV at high level like this for further debugging?

    BATFET is a P-FET, when the BATDRV is the same level as the VSYS, the BATFET is OFF. There are many scenarios that P-FET is off, for example, charge current is Zero.
