Hello,

Per the datasheet specification, VPOS regulated range is from Vin+0.5V - 15V.

So with Vin of 5.0V, minimum VPOS needs to be 5.5V. Since Vin is already 5V, you could simply use Vin for your +5V requirement.

For the inverting buck-boost converter, generating VNEG=-5V from Vin=5V is not a problem.
