Hi team,

Could you advise the soft start specification of TPS7A6650-Q1 such like duration time, limited current value, any threshold?

Soft start function is described in the datasheet, but no parametric spec is defined in the datasheet.

I don't request to specify it, but would like to confirm if my ramping waveform is correct.

    Hi Shinji, 

    I reviewed the datasheet and there is no additional information other than one mentioning of the soft-start. We normally only have a soft-start specification for devices with a dedicated soft-start pin. For device without soft-start pin, the soft-start is controlled internally and it could vary from part-to-part, if you have an EVM in hand, I would suggest using the EVM to capture one typical startup for the output; we normally estimate the worst start-up times to be 3X the typical values if the maximum of the startup time is needed for any sequencing.
