TPS65910: About TPS65910 EEPROM

Part Number: TPS65910
Hi, Team
When using AM 3357, the PMIC setting is EEPROM.

Is the TPS 65910 EEPROM built into the PMIC?
Thanks
  • Yes, please follow TPS65910Ax User's Guide for AM335x Processors and order one of the 3 correct variants of TPS65910 for AM335x, as listed in Table 1:

    • TPS65910AA1 = DDR2 (1.8V)
    • TPS65910A3A1 = DDR3 (1.5V) with VRTC in Low-power mode at start-up
    • TPS65910A31A1 = DDR3 (1.5V) with VRTC in Full-power mode at start-up

Follow Figure 1 or Figure 2 to correctly wire BOOT1 and BOOT0 pins to load register settings from pre-programmed EEPROM memory:

    • BOOT1 = VRTC (High, or 1)
    • BOOT0 = GND (Low, or 0)
