Hi Team
Customer use a LDO TPS7A8300ARGWR
The ripple is under 1uV
Would you please tell us how to measure it?
Which scope you used?
The more detailed, the better.
Best regards,

Hi Jimmy,
A scope will not be able to measure output voltage noise. We use a spectrum analyzer for the output noise measurements. If voltage ripple is present on the LDO input, the ripple is attenuated by the LDO and the output ripple will be very small due to the PSRR of the LDO. Output voltage ripple will also be too small for a scope. We use a vector network analyzer (VNA) to measure the PSRR performance of the LDO.
