Hi, can you provide the efficiency vs load current graph for TPS63900? 

The load current range on x axis is from 1uA to 100mA.

    Hello GOT,

    You can find the efficiency graph on page 21 of the datasheet. The pre-production samples have a silicon issue and it will take some more weeks until we can deliver the requested data correctly, see the CAUTION box on page 4 of the datasheet:

    CAUTION:

    The pre-production samples with XPS63900DSKT orderable part number (top marking:

    X639) have a silicon issue which causes leakage of around 300 μA in normal

    operation. This leads to a reduced efficiency at light loads.

    Hi Brigitte,

    Thanks for your reply. No the graph that i'm looking at the output current range is from 1uA to 100mA.

    Please help to get this data from your factory.

    Hello GOT,

    As mentioned, the data from the pre-production material is not accurate. Please wait some time until we have material that does not have the issue described on page 4 of the datasheet.

    It took a while, but now you can find the efficiency for an output voltage of 3.3V from a load of 1uA in this file:
