My customer now consider to use BQ24640 in their telematic control unit.
The requirements for super capacitors are as follows, could you please help to check whether BQ24640 is suitable, thank you!
1) The super capacitor is applied to the TCU. When the external battery of the TCU falls off, the super capacitor can keep the T-BOX running for more than 10 seconds;
2) The preliminary selection specifications of super capacitors are: rated constant voltage 5.4V, capacity 15F;
3) When using super capacitors, maintain 4V power supply output, current is about 500~700mA;
