in the datasheet, it's said that SYNC is to overcome the beat frequency, but I can't find what's beat frequency.

Hi Howard,

The beat frequency is a term used to describe the difference between two switching frequencies on the same board. So if one PSU is running at 100kHz and the other at 99kHz you may see a beat frequency of 1kHz in the system.
