LM5146-Q1: using this for 0.85V but during transients i may be going below 0.85V!!!

Part Number: LM5146-Q1
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM5146, TPS548B22, TPS548A29

As I described earlier,I am using LM5146-Q1 for 0.85V generation for Kintex ultrascale+ FPGA. As per our earlier discussion LM5146-Q1 Vout range being 0.8V-60V and also since the FB pin has 1% accuracy across wide temperature range, it is still okay to use LM5146-Q1 for 0.85V.

But my concern is during transient loads, the output voltage may go below 0.8V, attaching my web bench report where in it does happen.

What is your thoughts on this? do you still think LM5146-Q1 is good enough or should i consider changing to a more suitable part.

Only reason i picked Lm5146 device is i had used it on multiple designs but those are all 3.3V or beyond 3.3V outputs.
