TPS2061: Question about OC PIn(Over current)

Part Number: TPS2061

Hi, I am trying to use TPS2061 for USB power switch.

Here is some questions.

TPS2061 has active Low Over current Pin.

In the datasheet, there says output remains asserted until the overcurrent or overtemperature condition is removed.

.

If I was working with a usb device, and due to some reasons, lets say its damaged and shorted.1.

Question 1. So becasue USB devices is shorted, TPS2061 will shutdown and OC Pin will go active low. Right?

Question 2. If I remove that damaged device, then OC Pin will cancel active low, and change to  active high again?(with open drain Pull-up)

Thanks.
