TPS61178: Output disable.

Hi team,

TPS61178 needs Pch FET to do output disable.
Is there a device that can cut off the output without Pch FET?

TPS65235-1 requires I2C.

Hi Kengo,

What's the input voltage range, Vout, Iout of your application?

For 5V Vout application, TPS61022 has true shutdown function. For -18V Vout application, TPS61378 has true shutdown function.

Hi Kengo,

TPS61378-Q1 would be suitable for your application. There is a load switch FET integrated at output.
