My customer is using TL2844BD8 but the temperature range of the TL2844-BD8 is limited to + 85 ° C, and I would need a version with an extended range of + 125 ° C, does it exist? If there is no SO-8 version with an extended temperature range, is there another similar integrated that can be right for me?
It should be used on inverter power board to supply the 24V.
