BQ25700A: Using 2 BQ25700As in a dula battery configuration

I am looking at how to use 2 BQ25700A devices in a potable device that requires 19 - 24V for operation. The battery cell structure will be 2 packs of 4S2P Lion. I would like to use a BQ25700A for each pack to do charging and then use the OTG VBUS, to create the required 19V power when an external adapter is not present.

Questions:

1) Do you have any example schematics of how to use these in parallel?

2) Will the OTG of the 1 prevent the OTG from the other?

3) I think the low voltage supplies like 5V and 3.3V can be a diode or of the 2 VSYS outputs

4) Is it ok to have the OTG function on when the adapter is plugged in? (adapter may be 11 - 24V)?
