could you help me understand if the following argumentation is correct?
we are specifying a creepage of >8.5mm. First question would be, why we cannot specify a precise creepage, since this is based on the package?
If looking at the dimensions one can calculate a creepage of 7,40 + 1,465 + 1,465 = 10,33mm (from pin to pin).
A customer is looking for a part with a creepage of 10mm and according to this, the device would be a fit. could you comment if this is the case?
