Hi all,
Could you explain detail about "some parametric values might not apply" ?
When or Which device works within "extended supply voltage" and "nominal supply voltage"
Which parametric values might not apply?
Thank you

Hello Garam,
The datasheet values were specified at the nominal supply voltage 6v -18v, but the extended operation range is 3v - 28v. Therefore, small variations of the values stated can occur during the extended operation range. If operating above 18v the device is not guaranteed to survive a short-to-ground fault.

Thank you for the answer Kalin Burnside,
So, the other functions are fine expect only the short to ground protection, correct?
Other protections, functions, electrical characteristics are fine, correct?
Thank you
You're welcome Garam,
The electrical characteristics are still valid, but none of the fault protections are guaranteed during the extended operation range. The device should normally be ran within the nominal supply voltage range, but the extended operation range is there to help during cold start or other short duration events.
