My customer used TLV62130 in their case. The EE is a charging base for their tablet. The simplified block diagram is like below:
In normal operation, when they attach the tablet to the charging base through pogo pins, the charging function is working automatically.
When they did the ESD test, they removed the tablet from the base firstly and conducted 10 shots(+/-6kV) on the Vbus pogo pin, after that they attached the table to the base again, but there is no charging. It seems the output of TLV62130 is disabled after the ESD test. Then they disconnected the upstream adapter and connected it again, the charging function recover.
Is the behaves of TLV62130 normal in upper operation? Look forward to your feedbacks. Thanks.
