Hi Nic,

Unfortunately, the target speed and accuracy is out of scope for the protection devices. The eFuse parts provide current monitoring output but bandwidth is limited to the range of 50kHz (typ) for most of the devices. The other forum is the right one to have a possible solution for your requirements.
