Hello,
In the datasheet , the Input Capacitor (after Switching-Bridge) is 0.33-µF Y2/X2 film capacitor. Can aluminum capacitor in place of it?

Hello,
This capacitor is generally and X or Y cap and used for filtering the rectified line voltage and current. This capacitors is generally a film capacitor and not a electrolytic capacitor. I believe this is because the electrolytic capacitors do not handle low frequency AC voltages and current that well. I would recommend against this.
