REF3312: Inquiry about thermal resistance of UQFN package

Hi,

I checked that REF3312 has SOT-23-3, SC70-3, UQFN package on data sheet and web-site.

But, there is no thermal information of UQFN package.

Could you please check and give me thermal information of UQFN package?

I want it ASAP.
