LM9061: Operating at lower input voltages

Part Number: LM9061

I have my LM9061 connected to a FET and powered by an external supply. When I pass a voltage of less than 5V through the FET, the LM9061 starts shutting off. I can trace this to the fact that the reference pin voltage is increasing beyond 1.25V. Please let me know how I can use the LM9061 to pass low voltage signals through the FET.

  • Hi Vignesh,

The recommended operating voltage is 7V and the internal charge pump which drives the external FET gets disabled for <6.2V. Unfortunately, I don't see any other option to make it work at lower voltages.

    Best Regards, Rakesh
