ULN2003A: About switching characteristics (Tf/Tr) data

Hi,

Customer want to know the rise and fall time data for switching from Hi to Lo and Lo to Hi.
The data sheet only contains TPLH and TPHL data.
Could you tell me the data about Tf and Tr characteristics?

    Hi Yusuke,

    Welcome to E2E!

    The ULN2003 does not have a controlled rise or fall time feature on the device. The rise and fall times are dependent on the load making it difficult to estimate this parameter which is why it is not included in the datasheet.
