We have a customer who wants to know if it is possible to produce negative voltage (-3.3V) from TPS65131 but he will disable the +3.3V. His input to the TPS65131 is 3.3V from a 24V to 3.3V regulator.

Hi Danilo,
Yes, TPS65131 can be used to generate -3.3V from 3.3V. If customer only wants a negative suppy voltage, they can disable boost converter by tying ENP pin to GND.

Thank you for this information. This confirmed that the positive and negative supplies can independently operate by controlling the ENP and ENN pins.
