Hi, i need to know few information listed below for the part REF102AU .

1. Current status of the part.

2. If active, then how long it will be supported.

3. Is there any EOl or PCN issued.

4. RoHS and Reach document proof needed.

    Hi,

    This device is in a common process  and it is used by customers, and TI fully expects this devices to be available for the next 8-10 years and longer. TI has no plans to obsolete the device, and TI does not obsolete devices when there is still customer demand.  If there is any unforeseen issue that prevents TI from continuing to build this product thus forcing TI to obsolete this device, the customer will be given 1 year to place LTB orders and another 6 months beyond that to take final deliveries.

    I do not know of any EOL or recent PCN's.

    I would recommend the REF5010 if you want a more modern device with a higher confidence of active status.

    What type of RoHS documentation is needed? Both devices have Green variants as per their "PACKAGE OPTION ADDENDUM" on the datasheet

    I need RoHS and Reach documentation

    I mean to say RoHS have 3 versions

    RoHS1 - Directive 2002/95/EC
    RoHS2- Directive 2011/65/EU
    RoHS3- Directive 2015/863

    i need document for the part which says for which version this part is included.

    Please see the following statement from TI.com. Since this device is labeled as "Green" the following document is a certificate from TI saying it meets RoHS3.
