i am developing LED module by using TLC59116
i designed circuit
and i connect it to RGB LED (https://lcsc.com/product-detail/Light-Emitting-Diodes-LED_61-238-RSGBB7C-B02-ET_C130391.html)
among 16 channels, some of LED is bright, but some is not
like below left one is good, (output channel 0~7, and 13) rest of them is not good
i measure the voltages
input volatages are different
output 0-7, 13
5V -> (LED) 1.45V
output rest of them
5V -> (LED) 1.40V
am i missing somthing?
