Hello team,
I'm looking for a precise voltage reference which has performances below.- Output: 1.2V or 1.25V- Accuracy: <0.2%- Temp drift: <7ppm/C- Drive capability: 10mA< sink&source
What is the best option for it?
Thanks in advance.S.Sawamoto
Hi S.Sawamoto,
We have a couple of options that are available. What is the ambient temperature range this device needs?
I would start with the REF2025. This device has 2 output and the VBIAS output is a high precision 1.25V. This device works from -40C to 125C. The draw back is that this is 8ppm/C instead of 7ppm/C. Will this be a deal breaker? What is the reason they need exactly 7ppm/C?
- Output: 1.25V- Accuracy: 0.05%- Temp drift: 8ppm/C- Drive capability: +/- 20mA
