My customer has product 10k BQ34Z100-G1 and found 200pcs can not programming srec file with TD100.
FW/ HW Version can not read, before or after TI IC Programing, the same error is reported.
Using BQSTUDIO can not read the information, but it is possible to use BQSTUDIO to program the firmware.
The chip can be programmed manually, indicating that there is no problem with welding.
After manually programming the SREC some can recover normal and some is still abnormal, the chip was sealed.
the customer did not send the seal command.
Why the chip cannot communicate normally at the beginning？
