Hi team,

Customer want to use LM5145 with CSD18534Q5A for both high side and low side mos, is this MOS OK for 24 to 19V 10A current application? Thanks.

That FET should be OK.

Please go to the product folder for the LM5145 and download the component calculator and use to design

your application. You can put the FET data into the calculator.
