Hi Sir,

My customer complaints about bq25619 is so weak (maybe LOW side MOS broken)as below information they try EVM only.

Problem was not EVM crash in the begin  , but we damaged it when did the experiment , Symptom was SW pin low resistance to the ground (7 ohm) .

Symptom matched what different projects in customer side, they worried about if bq25619 is weak……

Do you have idea for this? Thanks.

    Hi Ian:

    BQ25619 is robust, The damage could be related to the customer setup and operation. Could you please provide deialted operation condition and the setup causing the damage? How much is adaptor voltage?
