do we have the values for the voltage limits of the gate-to-anode (min/max)?

LM74700 will be used in 'regulated conduction mode'

Hello Josef,

Gate-source voltage maximum is 14V.

However, minimum voltage is dependant on the load current, MOSFET used.

Could you please share the MOSFET part number and the minimum load current and maximum load current.

Hello Kari,

The transistor used is BUK7Y2R5-40H from Nxperia, regarding the Load current, the max value is 21.58A, and the min value is 9.69 during normal operation and 625 mA during standby mode.
