LMR36006: Pin FMEA

Hello,

I have a customer starting board bring up and they are wishing to test before applying power, they have asked if we have a FMEA analysis  (pin to adjacent pins,  pin short to gnd, pin short to power supply, open pin) for this device to save him some time.

    I have attached a draft copy of the pin FMEA.

    Please be advised that this is not a controlled copy and can only be

    shared with this one customer.

    Since it is a draft, it is subject to change in the future.

    We are starting to provide these documents on the product

    folders for many of our devices.  We have not updated this

    product folder yet.
