My customer is using BQ25713 to charge a 2s battery pack, they found when the input voltage is 12V and charge current set to 1A, the switch Q4 shows a fixed duty cycle PWM wave while Q4 should be open per as datasheet, it should be worked under buck mode. Is this a normal phenomenon? Can adjusting COMP solve this issue? How to choose the proper RC for COMP?
