TPS51200: VO and VREFOUT output

Part Number: TPS51200

Hi,

 I ues TPS51200 for DDR3 VTTDDR(VO in TPS51200) and VTTEFF(VREFOUT in TPS51200),

VLDOIN = 1.5V,REFIN = 1.5V, so if VTTDDR = 0.75V & VTTEFF=0.75V , that voltage is correct.

But some PCB board output voltage incorrect. that is VTTDDR = 1.5V & VTTEFF=1.5V.

We replace TPS51200 in pcb board,but the output voltage is still wrong.

I do not know what to do next.

Please review TPS51200 schematic diagram as blew,
