BQ40Z80: BQ40Z80 MOS on off issue

Hi

My customer test with BQ40Z80, when use default 6 series setting, the gauge works normal.

If set 7series and discharge to 3V/ cell the RSOC about 0%, the MOS began to ON OFF, at the same time communication is intermittent.

Please give some suggestion how to solve this issue.
