• what is the voltage value at TP6,TP7,TP8,TP10?
• Are you able to connect PMBUS GUI software? is controller detecting?
• if yes, please provide snapshots of GUI Monitor page.

  1.The other four are in normal use, only this one cannot communicate properly and does not display the waveform

  2.No link to PMBUS GUI software

PS:This is new, take it out and use it, there is no waveform test.

Got it. Please check voltage at TP6,TP7,TP8,TP10 with multi-meter? To underrated, if there is issue in controller or others.

Regarding 2nd questions, You don't have GUI software or part is not detecting with GUI.

TP8 is the input voltage (5V) to controller. so there is no-input voltage. what is the input power supplies applied to board? and also check all default jumper connections.
