TPS2378: To protect TPS2378 and TPS54361 from surge test

Hi,

This project is very important.

Pls, help us for surge protection.

This application is PoE Board.

When we do surge test to PoE Board, Only TPS2378, TPS54361, TVS2(SMBJ58CA) devices are die.

So, I want to get some guide to protect our devices from surge.

Below is surge test condition.

-. WAVE FROM : 10/700us

-. IMPEDANCE : 40 Ohm

-. COULPING : N/A

-. RETURN : N/A

-. TRIGGER : ASYNC

-. TEST MODE : COMMON MODE / DIFFERENTIAL MODE

-. TEST VOLTAGE : ± 1 - 4 kV(COMMON) / ± 1 - 2 kV(DIFFERENTIAL)
