Hello,

my customer is currently using this device in one of their projects and he reached out with some questions related to the mode of operation:

  1. In the TPS57114-Q1 datasheet, he was not able to find the information related to mode of switching (i.e Discontinuous Conduction Mode (DCM) & Continuous Conduction Mode (CCM)) during light load and full load condition. Could you please provide more details related to mode of operation during different load conditions?
  2. In case if this device will switch between DCM and CCM, what kind of precaution needs to be taken to prevent the issues during the transient phase (i.e DCM to CCM and vice versa)?
