TPS92074: My customer is looking for a LED driver like TPS92074.

    I think the most similiar one is the LM3414 which is also a high side buck LED driver. Could you help to check whether this is correct choice? Thanks.

 But the power supply voltage to LED anode in the customer system is about 150V.

 So the customer is looking for a LED driver device which can drive a external NMOSFET.

 If you have any similar device, could you please let me know?

    LM3445 is the most similiar choice from my shop, it can support high voltage application with external MOSFET.
