Hi Team,

On BQ25619 datasheet page 24, it describes the "BATFET Enable" as below:

4. A logic high to low transition on QON pin with tSHIPMODE deglitch time to enable BATFET to exit ship mode.

EN_HIZ bit is set to 1 (regardless of adapter present or not). Host has to set EN_HIZ bit to 0 before boost mode enable. Once adapter plugs in, EN_HIZ will be cleared.

Why it mentions EN_HIZ here? Does it have relationship with SHIPMODE?

Besides, every time before enter into boost mode, host must set EN_HIZ=0 (regardless of EN_HIZ=1 or 0)?

    Not, EN_HIZ is not related to ship mode.

    If EN_HIZ bit is set to o 1, host need to set EN_HIZ to 0 before enabling Boost. Once adaptor plugs in, if EN_HIZ =1, the EN_HIZ will be cleared to 0.
