TPS62823: About rated voltage of SW pin

Dear teams,

When I checked the voltage of the SW pin, it was over rated.

The voltage of the SW pin exceeds Vin+0.3V, and the time exceeding Vin is longer than 10ns, so the relaxation condition cannot be applied.

Are there any problems?

Condition : input voltage =5V, output voltage=3.3V, output current=0.1A

Hi Sato-san,

The absolute max rating specs for SW pin (-0.3V, 6.0V) in the datasheet are applicable for DC voltage only. Because the SW pin exceeded the 6V only for <20ns and limited to 350mV, then this should be fine.

Hi Sato-san,

Apology for the typo error. The SW pin over 6V but spike voltage is limited to 350mV (pulse width: <20ns) should be fine (meaning I don't foresee any issue with it).
